TReNDS Center & Georgia Institute of Technology
I am a PhD student of Computational Science and Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. I obtained my Master’s in computer science from the University of New Mexico (UNM) on 2019 and did my bachelor’s in computer science and engineering at Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology, Bangladesh. I am currently working as a graduate research associate at TReNDS center. My research interest broadly includes high dimensional data processing, machine learning and deep learning. My interest lies on developing different intrigued methods to analyze complex neuroimaging data. My ongoing project aims on pattern recognition and shapelet discovery from dynamic functional connectivity (dFNC) of human brain in resting state fMRI data. Love to play outdoor games, mostly soccer.
