Oktay received his Bachelor degree from Bogazici (Bosphorus) University in Turkey, on June 2011. He joined the graduate program of ECE department on August 2011, and worked on fractional Fourier Transform, non-linear signal analysis and speech processing. His research interests are analysis of brain data in frequency domain, statistical signal analysis and brain lateralization. He enjoys watching soccer games (a fan of Besiktas) and playing racquetball & ping pong when he has the time.
