Dr. Bohsali has a broad background in neuroscience, concentrating on implementation and design of novel neuroimaging data analysis techniques to investigate neural structure and function. Her research experience includes investigating neural changes associated with normal aging, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) employing neuroimaging modalities such as structural (sMRI) and functional MRI (fMRI), diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI), arterial spin labeling (ASL), and magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS). At TReNDS Dr. Bohsali is the project manager for BrainForge, a cloud-enabled, web-based analysis platform for neuroimaging research that provides study-specific analysis pipelines for MR data.
