Huseyin Demirhan is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science at Georgia State University and a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Translational Research in Neuroimaging and Data Science (TReNDS). Working under the supervision of Dr. Jingyu Liu, his research focuses on developing advanced computational methods and multivariate models to analyze complex genomic and transcriptomic datasets, including single-cell sequencing. By bridging high-dimensional biological data with machine learning techniques, his work aims to uncover the underlying genetic and molecular mechanisms associated with neurodevelopmental and psychiatric disorders.
