Dr. Duda received her PhD in Bioinformatics from the University of Michigan. Her research interests lie broadly in the space of dynamic functional connectivity, both in methods development for better uncovering time-varying patterns within brain networks, as well as in understanding the role of such functional dynamics in behavior and disease. Her research sits at the intersection of neuroimaging, time series analysis, network science and machine learning. In her free time, Marlena may be found training for her next (half or full) marathon, making a dent in the endless to-be-read pile on her bookshelves, or having an MCU movie marathon with her dog, Lilah, and cat, Evie.
